The main characteristics of the machine
- Touching-screen operation shall be adopted for the whole set of the machine. Production speed and capacity of each shift and sort of troubles shall all be indicated in the screen. The information of the statistics of the time the troubles take place and sort of failure shall also be made automatically. The dialog between human and machine shall be realized;
- 2 blowing system to be designed specially shall guarantee the quality of the bottles and shall reach the related technology standard of the customer;
- Seven-section temperature control of infrared ray and digital auto-temperature-adjusted shall be adopted for the heater;
- The related heating temperature shall be designed according to the different bottle preforms of the users, including the necessary soft ware for blowing all kinds of bottles.
