SZ Series Injection Moulding Machines

Applications:

The machines are available to injection moulding of various thermoplastics such as PC, PP, PE, Nylon, ABS, PET. PVC, PC etc to produce all kinds of medium, small-size plastic articles and daily-use commodities.

Features:

This machine has incorporated all advantages of other types, with the features of high efficiency, energy saving and low noise due to outstanding design.
The screw is driven directly by a low-speed large-torque hydraulic motor, with which the stepless speed adjustment can be realized.
Two-stage injection speed and three-stage injection pressure have been designed for its operation.
As the design of screw being optimized an excellent performance in plasticizing for material can be obtained, additionally, since an adverse flow-proof gear has been fitted in the head of injecting part there is no adverse flow during injection.
An dripping-proof device has been specially designed to prevent the low viscous material from injector for cleaning.
A rotary gear has been designed for injection unit, which is convenient to dismount the screw from injector for cleaning.
The mould-clamping system adopts an optimized double-toggle five fulcrum structure which provides a high force increasing ratio, fast and smooth moving, and longer distance between platens.
With a mechanical and hydraulic ejecting gear the machine has the function to knockout the product in one or several times according to requirement.
An alarm device for operation troubles has been equipped and it gives an clear display for operators. Meanwhile a low pressure mould closing protect device also built-in.
It has equipped with several sensitive and reliable mechanical and electrical safety protectors to ensure and safely operation.
A four-column synchronization chain wheel system is adopted for stroke-adjustment. Which provides a convenient, balancing and quick operation in the adjustment of distance of movable platen.
A proportional pressure loop has been adopted in double pump hydraulic system, which saves energy.
3 control modes (manual, semi-automatic, fully automatic) are available for option.
