Application

They are widely used in the field of grain, cereals or seed processing to remove Broken, discolor grain, Stone, Dust, Shrink, Straw (grass), Sand, Other foreign materials (such as jute, etc); to grade the seed into different size as per client's request. It is the good assistant for farmer, grain dealer & exporter, and other cereals deep-processing enterprises to improve your products quality and grade.
 

 



  

 
 


Combined Cleaner

   This machine can implement the function of sieving, grading, removing stone, and separating light impurities. It adopts double layer sieves to remove small impurities, which will be widely used in the  processing of wheat flour mill and rice mill.

   It  is a multi-function machine, which could replace vibrating sieve, grader, de-stoner, winnowing machine, dust remover, etc.

Destoner with air-recycling system

    This machine can implement the function of grading, removing stone, and separating light impurities.

    It  is a multi-function machine, which could replace grader, de-stoner, winnowing machine, dust remover, etc.

    It is applicable for large and medium cereals processing mills to remove stones, which have the same size as grains and have large specific gravities than grains.

HBQLZ series Vibrating Classifier

    It is widely used for cleaning, grading and classifying the granulated materials, removing the impurities.

    It is comprised of 2-layer sieves for type HBQLZ & HBQLZ-1, one for coarse impurities and other one for fine impurities. 

    It is comprised of 3-layer sieves for type HBQLZ-A, one for coarse impurities and other two for fine impurities.
