The machine is designed to pack the different bottles and cans full automatically, which is widely used in the food/beverage industry, chemical industry, medicine industry, and other industries. It is composed of one automatic cutter & wrapper and one automatic shrinking machine. The machine selected is one latest model and higher configurations, and it is top-ranking equipment in China.
Brief of working process principle
First of all, put the materials to be packed on the conveyor,
being through which the feeding shall be started. When the materials to be packed reach the induced position of the photoelectric switch (SICK, Germany), the cylinder of pulling materials (NORGREN, England) begins to push forward the materials as soon it receives the signal. When the materials to be packed touch the shrinking film, the auto feeding of the film shall be started caused by the information collected by the induction switch (SICK, Germany). And the length of the film to be fed and the degree of tightness shall be tested automatically by the proximity switch.
After finishing the processes of pulling materials and put on the film, the photoelectric switch of the sealing

and cutting section shall start to work, being after received the information. The sealing cutter consisting of two hot sealing cutters and one cutter begin to cut down the shrinking film by the cylinder of sealing cutter (NORGREN, England). The well-packed materials shall be transferred stably to the shrinking tunnel. All the operation of cutter & wrapper is automatically accomplished, for which Programmable Logic Controller (PLC, MITSUBISHI, Japan) has been used to control. It is accomplished by the processes that more executive components such as the induction switch, travel switch, photoelectric switch and so on collect the information and processed after feeding back. It is no need to operate by manpower.
When the materials are ready put on the film, they shall be transferred to the shrinking tunnel by conveyor. The accomplishment of feeding process is by the roller shaft of the tunnel. The conveyor speed (stepless speed regulation) is controlled by an Inverter (Taian, Taiwan). After the materials are transferred into the tunnel, they shall be heated from all directions generated from the stainless steel heating pipes on the right and left sides of the tunnel hearth, then being through equally circular hot air produced from two sets of large power motors (ESPA, Taiwan) and a screw device designed specially. Being through the hot shrinking in the tunnel and the ultra strong force cooling from the double cooling system to be designed specially, the materials shall be formed quickly and well packed.
