- The screw is driven directly by a low-speed large-torque hydraulic motor, with which the stepless speed adjustment can be realized.
- A rotary gear has been designed for injection unit, which is convenient to dismount the screw from injector for cleaning.
- The mould-clamping system adopts an optimized double-toggle five fulcrum structure which provides a high force increasing ratio, fast and smooth moving, and a longer distance between platens.
- With a mechanical and hydraulic ejecting gear the machine has the function to knockout the product in one or several times according to requirement.
- An alarm device for operation troubles has been equipped and it gives a clear display for operators. Meanwhile a low pressure mould closing protect device is built-in.
- It has equipped with several sensitive and reliable mechanical and electrical safety protectors to ensure an safety operation.
- A proportional pressure loop has been adopted in double pump hydraulic system, which saves energy.
- Several control modes (manual, semi-automatic, automatic) are available for option.
- It has three electric-control units, which can be chosen by users.
